Tuber Sales

We do not offer refunds or replacements unless you alert us of a problem within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions. 

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee your tubers will be true to image and contain at least 1 visible eye. Tubers are roots that go into the ground. They can be big, small, ugly and have wrinkles. As long as they have an eye, neck, and body, it will grow into a beautiful plant. That said, we sell ugly tubers. Please inspect your tubers immediately upon receipt and contact us with issues within 3 days from date of delivery. After 3 days, you accept full responsibility for the quality and storage of your dahlia tubers and all sales are considered final.

Replacements may be limited as they are dependent on inventory availability. 

Refunds will not be offered for storage issues, rot, pests, weather, negligence/poor growing conditions, failure to thrive/perform, virus/disease and/or damaged/lost packages with USPS. 

We will notify you once we have determined to approve or deny your refund request. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Approved refunds will cover the cost of the tuber only; shipping is non-refundable. Please note, it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund. In the event 15 or more days have passed since we have approved your refund, please contact us through our Contact page
